On Overwatch ealier. When she said she was wanted to play this character, they said they were going to get her banned. It sounded silly and unreasonable. Continued to play the game and won, so all was well. We just got back from school shopping and lo
and behold -- banned from communication for a week. Can't contest it. So, basically, Xbox's policy is that if you're a 16 year old boy upset that you got beat by a 13 year old girl, you and your buddies can just spam the account till they're blocked. Nice.
This is a **** policy, and it's not fair to the people that get punished over someone else's tantrum. Very disappointed.

hello my name is aiden I was console banned for violating terms of service I don’t know what I did but I would please like a second chance because I was console banned for two weeks right when I got unconsole banned I got perma console banned without a second
chance so I am here asking for a second chance because I miss playing with friends

 

Banned from communication

Hey I got a temp banned for something I don't know I did I have a theory that I got banned because I kicked a player from my clan for not pulling his weight.

It's my first offense and xbox said they would further investigate the matter but I have heard nothing just wanted to know how long iam I banned for ?? It's been like a long boring week

The enforcement team investigates complaints before issuing suspensions and will only do so if they determine an account has done something to violate the code of conduct. So spamming reports does not cause an account to receive a suspension.

 

I can't speak for the general reason of why the account received the suspension, but the enforcement team wont just suspend someone for nothing. Simply having reports spammed on an account will not result in an enforcement action being taken against the
account. There has to have been an actual violation of the Code of Conduct at some time that occured. It may have been enforced on the account due to a previous violation.
