Got an email to verify my carrier for xcloud wasn't sure what it means if I'm selected or not

Sorry to Necro but I had the same problem and my fix was to put the phone in airplane mode and turn on WiFi.

Because my phone carrier is somehow able to block xcloud and remote play even if I'm connected to home WiFi.

Carrier is straightalk/tracphone.

I don't think the email verification makes a difference, I jumped on my EA account a few hours before I got my invite, and my email wasn't verified.

Forgot to add, I couldnt verify my new email because I got the following message:

Your email address wasn't verified

This email address couldn't be verified because the wrong Microsoft account may have been entered. Try signing in with another Microsoft account.

Although I followed the link from my email that was sent from my microsft account

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

If the suspensions is active then you can file for a case review on the enforcement site
here

An email was sent to the address linked to your account telling you about the suspension.

Any enforcement action a account receives stays on that accounts records permanently & will not be removed.

I'm not sure what he means either.
