    How to contact support via email?

    I do not see any way of contacting support via email.

    I tried chatting but nobody responded to my chats, it felt like i was talking to a wall?

    Why is there no email address for me to send my concerns/questions to?

    Support will only email you when it's an escalated issue that needs to be transferred to a different department of support.

    You can contact Support via Phone ,Chat or Twitter. If for some reason the chat wouldn't connect or you can't see anyone typing, try again with a different browser

    I emailed double helix support and tweeted xbox support, both have gone un answered. Who do I need to get in contact with to get the code? Granted I never got an email confirmation, all I got was an xbox live msg on November 11th.
