    Check the email that is associated with your xbox account, and you should have received a message from xbox, and a code to download the digital version of the halo game. Worked for me.

    All you can do is follow the instructions in that email and go to the website.

    The enforcement team does not follow these forums.

    The website will give you all the information about the suspension and a way to appeal the suspension also.
