    Got allmost 15.000 live reward points


    i Got allmost 15.000 live reward points

    It says on the site if you have 5000 points

    I will get 4.05 euro added on my account

    Never got 1 payment this far

    Do i need to do something special to get live reward points converted to euros?

    Preorder 3 games on 8th Feb 2018 and still haven't received my 15.000 reward points

    You have had multiple deposits into your account. The 14250 Credit amount is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes already deposited Credits. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
    You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Only pre-order purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since you pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 in December, it was not eligible for the current Games on Demand offer.
