Got a Xbox disc for FH3, how can I play it on PC?

Unfortunately, the Xbox One disc version of Forza Horizon 3 is only for use on the Xbox One console. There is no way to play the disc on a PC. If you'd like to play the game on PC, you'll want to pick up a digital version of the game from the Microsoft or
Xbox store to take advantage of the Play Anywhere feature.

That's a repeat of my question. Turn 10 wants money. Like the shut down online for FH3 PC when they said they'd keep it up. No, there's no way, unless you hack the game. Try FH3 Demo. It's not available anymore, but if your friend got it before it was delisted, you can gameshare it.

In order to Play FH3 on PC you need to be logged into the Account that bought the game.

So loading it onto your brothers PC and let him play it with his Account isnt possible.

The game also can be played on Console or PC but not on both devices at the same time using the same account though.

He would need his own copy of FH3 to Play with you on his Account.

Play Anywhere just means you can buy the game on console and play it on PC or vice versa...it is still restricted to a single account though.

As you have realised, FH3 was discontinued from the store last September. There's no official way to get the game on PC/laptop as I don't believe they sold the game for PC on disc. Your only option is to find a code for it from a 3rd party site (and, mods, I am not discussing piracy here) though whether the code would be genuine is a different matter
