Xbox purchase download error

I just bought a game on demand from xbox live however it told me that I could not purchase and download on this device. But minutes late I got an email saying I got a confirmation that I bought it and I saw I was charged in my bank account however I still
can't download the game I purchased what should I do?

Did you get a Xbox One or Xbox 360? What "set of xbox devices" did you buy?

What you you mean by "installing and debugging" the machine? Did you let the console update? What exactly did you debug and how?

The Xbox Live Gold membership, is only needed for Online Multiplayer games. The games will run exactly the same with or without a Gold membership. Only if you want to play against other human players across the internet, you need a Gold membership. Other
than that, the games run all the same.

To provide further troubleshooting steps, I need to know if you are playing on a Xbox One or Xbox 360.

Yeah, that's the bundle I got. I can't download it from the Microsoft Store app. When I check my library it shows that I only got the bonus stuff. However, when I check the game on xbox game store through web, it says that I do have it but can't download it. But when I check it through xbox app it says that I do not own it. I honestly have no idea why.

So you've already got the game. As you don't have an Xbox, no device will appear for you to download the game.
