Got a suspention for no reason (no it's not like everyone else)

Okay now for me to explain, so it says a comment and there is only one comment I made and this was the post.

"Why do 90% of the people who play Gears not have the Gnasher as the starting weapon" (something like that) so I said

"1.Don't feel right

2.always gets sprayed down by lancers and enforcers

3. Old gears players are used to switching

4. Used to it

Now where in that is it bad? He reported my comment for just replying XD come on really and I can't even put it up for evaluation man all I need is $53 then I can trade this console in for a PS4, this is a joke I want to know why I got suspended and why
the so called Enforcement team won't man/women (not judging) up and talk to people about this. If you going to suspend people don't send your bots man/women up and talk to us and don't suspend for something that CLEARLY didn't even deserve a suspention. Now
I want to have someome contact me about this because this is low even for Microsoft and they get real low sometimes.

my gamertag is i got suspended for inappropriate comunication. I haven't owned a working mic for several weeks, and when I did have one I would only use party chat to talk to my best friend. I've been playing rainbow six siege since it came out,
so I always play with my best friend no one else.I NEVER trash talk anybody, I'm a casual player. Im the most respectful person in xbox

I have been a member of the Xbox community for a really long time, and I have never received any " enforcement violation" or get suspended before.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter if the only person you talk to is your best friend. If you say something during those conversations that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.

 

Details should also have been sent to the email address of the account that received enforcement action. I'd recommend checking the Enforcement page (http://enforcement.xbox.com) from the account in question as well as the details on the "How do I?" FAQ

Been there done that can't put in a review and that's funny about contacting them, there is no way to contact them only they can contact others they hide away because they don't feel like doing anything hence the bots.

 

You did not get banned for just that comment, and to be honest, that comment has nothing to do with your suspension at all. As you clearly left out , the incident you were reported for is 1 of multiple reported incidents against your account....this is
just the first time Xbox Enforcement Team decided to offer you a penalty. You are still able to play online and download games, you just were muted for a few days. That was them being nice, technically they could put a 30 day communication ban on you for
the exact same reason, but they chose to be soft since this is not a serious issue at this point.

You are very aware of why you have been muted , and you know you are not innocent in this by any means. This is a reality check and a chance to use this as a learning lesson.

 

A good rule of thumb is to stay clear from even the perception of communication that breaks ToS...Enforcers not only look at individual reports thoroughly but also the track record as a whole. They are trying to create a wholesome atmosphere for every gamer,
if you tend to be a minor infractor and you get a couple of dings here and there it might add up to warrant a small communication ban to warn you to be polite to the community.
