    Got a Rewards Deposit, doesnt show up on my account.


    According to MyRewards 10,000 points were deposited to my account, but I still can’t see the money on my xbox live account. Can you guys help me with that?

    My most recent xbox rewards deposit never showed up in my account balance. i'd like to know why it didn't show up?

    You should be able to verify the deposit by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com

    the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
    5000 reward points.

    That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

    It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.

    Most likely, does it show up under "pending" on your rewards account at rewards.xbox.com? If so you will need to wait until then for them to be deposited. If it doesn't show up then you will want to post this topic in the rewards forum I linked you. :)

    No, the points get deposited once a month.

    From the FAQ:

    Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account once per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
    Rewards Points Awarded.
