Got a refund for far cry 5 yet I still have the game and haven't been refunded

Pre order cancelled?

I pre ordered far cry 5 and when it came to the release date and me going to play it a message came up saying that pre order was cancelled for no reason and it will be refunded but it has been more than a week and I haven't got my refund I paid 70 pound
for it and I'm a bit mad that I haven't got refunded for it and the fact my pre order was cancelled for no reason I got charged for it as soon as I paid for it as i checked my account the next day and the money was gone.

Nothing on there is really that great to me. Maybe Far Cry 3 if you haven't got it yet. I would just wait for Blood Dragon if you haven't gotten Far Cry 3 anyways.
