You are registered as an Irish Rewards member. Therefore, only your purchases made in Euro are eligible for Rewards.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region, you must opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
, wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. You will know if you re-registered correctly if your join by date shows a recent date. This will close your old Irish account, and create a new Rewards Account based off your current
Microsoft Account region.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. Again, to confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join
date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a recent specific date and not a date of "???",
then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

This definitely sounds like something you would need to speak to phone support about. You can even ask to be escalated to the Advocacy Team who specializes in this type of account recovery issue. =)

I see that you've been in e-mail contact with support. Your best bet for resolution on this would be to pursue the issue through e-mail with them or to contact Phone Support again with your SR number and an update on your situation.

They are best equipped to help you resolve things with your account.

well I wanted to change the email from the invalid email but when trying to sign in it says someone else is on my account and brings me to a page with three choices 1.send a email with a security number tothe invalid emai 2.finish a questionnaire (which
proved a problem last time and locked my account so i'm not even going to try it.) and 3.input the security number you received from the security team via. email (but i can't recive the email because it is sent to a invalid email address or in other words
a email i forgot the password to and is now long gone) the password switch was easy and worked so i now know my password i just have this problem to do.
