    The save files are on your old xbox, either transfer them with cloud or a flash drive. You should do this with all your game saves while you're at it. Also it still says them because xbox itself keeps records for things like that on your account and on there
    systems to display things like that from you and your friends. Good luck with this!

    If you can still sign in on your old xbox you can upload your character files (Saved Games) to the cloud and download them onto the new console or copy them to a flashdrive to add to your new console. Otherwise a transfer cable will help you to transfer
    those files.

    The old files are attached to your old console. Transfer the saves via USB to the console and your save data should be fine.
