    Hi i had the same problem, unfortunately there is an issue with redeeming codes at the moment but xbox support have said they are working on a fix and should hopefully be back up and running again soon. Check https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/xbox-live-status

    The Jade one from what I know is PS3 exclusive. If you have the PS3 copy of Mortal Kombat the classic code comes with the Blu-Ray version of either Mortal Kombat movie. Remember this is from what I know so far.
