Got a email next day i bought something but did not get any rewards

Why in the heck did you spend $109 on Black Ops 2?? But in any case, where did you buy it from? Because I never got a day trial with mine and I got Hardened on release day. I think someone fooled you into thinking you were getting something you weren't.
If you bought it off of Ebay or Craigslist or Amazon you probably just got ripped off by someone.

I did get a email and it said denied due to it being longer then are refund policy allows

I bought it on release and I got that reason for denial 2 days after purchase

If you have already bought or used Netflix before signing up to Xbox Rewards, you won't be able to get those rewards. Those rewards are for new Xbox users who just signed up for Xbox LIVE and the rewards program and haven't already activated Netflix or bought
something.

You also must keep the Netflix account active for longer then 30 days in order to get any reward posted as pending.

Did you get the code in your email if you bought it on demand it should've sent you a code as long as you were signed up on Xbox rewards, if you got a code when you bought the actual disc the code could've expired because the deal

Only lasts for a certain time!
