    Been talking to support for days because i didnt recieve my reward but i finally did just for it to be from the wrong region so im upset. I was told by xbox support that you guys can generate me a code that works

    Reward code doesn’t work

    Hi, so I just used some reward gems to receive a code for 75 platinum on Warframe. I opened my email and copied the code into the link that comes with the email to redeem. For some reason I keep getting a message telling me that the “Tokenisnotsupported”
    and I’ve not used it or anything yet. Never had this problem before but yeah, is it possible that I’ve been sent a dodgy code?

    Since that is not from a Rewards program offer, rewards support will not be able to assist. The original person you got the code from would have to be the one to get you the correct code.

    You may have to enter the code somewhere else if it is not a 25-digit one, so you may have to do some searching to see where you can enter it into.
