    Hi Hi I got 22days validity for a months subscription? Why did that happen my subscription ended on 4 November 2023 I renewed my subscription on 24th November but got validity till 16 December 2023.

    Hi belen ive tried several times for live call back option but it always says can't process ur request for call back try again later. I tried different time zones as well trying in morning then afternoon, evening, night early morning. But same answer.

    Everything is possible in a single account. Just log in to the account in which you have you active subscriptions in at many of the devices you want. You will be able to enjoy the advantages of the subscription according to the device.

    And don't cancel any subscription. If you upgrade to the gold ultimate, all your current validities will be sum. For example; You have a Gold validity of 3 months and Game Pass validity of 1 month. Then the Ultimate subscription validity will be 4 months
