Goofy Custom Gamer Picture Got Me Temporarily Banned

The person I was chatting via support told me to make this post.

To be honest I had a silly picture of Dio Brando saying "Begone thot" as my profile picture, it never bothered anyone i talked to as we all enjoy the show its from. It's a silly joke. I see bad gamer pictures all the time of lewd lolis and all sorts of stuff...
So I'm not quite sure why it got banned.

I really don't wish to lose my account or any of its privileges as I love my xbox, and I have put a lot of money and time into games. Especially games like overwatch where the skins and xp is not transferable. Honestly it's just really upsetting and likely
someone from overwatch who got salty with me and reported the profile picture in the first place since it has been up months without a single problem.

Message to enforcement team

Dear, Microsoft enforcement team I was wrongfully accused of having an “ inappropriate gamer picture “ the gamer picture i had was the supreme clothing logo and it was reportted but not taken down. Then I got banned on my console banned ( temporarily) and
now I called xbox at least 3 times a day and they tell me the same thing my ban was effective till yesterday at 8:44:44pm its now 3:48 the next day and im still banned please help

 

Custom Gamerpicture: Your privacy settings are blocking you from using this feature.

Selecting 'Choose a custom gamer picture' brings up a box saying "Your privacy settings are blocking you from using this feature." But all my settings are set to allowed.

ps. FYI I am communication banned, but that shouldn't disable me from choosing a custom picture.

 

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible from there. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
