Gooday, why can't I add my second controller to play halo masterchief collection on the cloud ?

I apologize but cloud gaming does not support local multiplayer. It only supports one controller and one account.

You're correct that you need to buy the game.

Also, just with cloud gaming, if you will install the game you can play local multiplayer.

The system is only designed to track a single player at a time. There is a lot going on on the backend to keep gameplay smooth

Does this mean that all games played on the cloud while streaming or if downloaded locally through the cloud will not allow multiplayer or splitscreen?.
