    Good idea for OneGuide Feature: tagging channels


    I largely use a remote with the OneGuide. The only issue I have is that without the ability to use numbers, I cannot jump to a particular section of the guide (say, the 200s).

    I have a suggestion: What if we could take the "Favorite" idea a step further, and tag channels? I could envision tagging some channels "kids," "sports," etc. Then, display a user's tags down the left side of the guide. By selecting a tag on the left, much
    like selecting "favorites," only those channels with that tag would show in the guide.

    This would make it fast and easy to see a particular subset of channels. I think this feature would be helpful for remote users and voice users alike. Thoughts?

    Time Warner just changed their channel line up in the Syracuse area. Any idea how long it takes Xbox to get the update? OneGuide is kind of useless for many channels right now.

    Channel icons have also disappeared on my OneGuide. I hate this because I have no idea what the callsigns are for the local networks.

    Hey Eviltwin,

    You can also change the setting to only show HD or SD channels in the OneGuide. Go to Settings> TV & OneGuide settings> OneGuide> Show all HD and SD channels. That will remove any duplicate channels.
