Let´s try clearing the system cache

Press the Guide button  on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage.

Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button  on your controller for Device Options.

Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

When you’ve successfully cleared the system cache, you’ll return to the Storage Devices screen. You can then press the Guide button  on the controller and return to Xbox Home

i bought 2 games from xbox store, Tekken 6 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. When the download reaches 80%, it suddenly stops and says can't download. I have checked the storage files and it shows it is corrupted. I have deleted files many times and re downloaded
but to no avail. I hope microsoft check on this as they have already received the payment.

By the way, i have already purchased big games through the store such as Advance Warfare and no problem. Hmm, wish they would not take the money if download is corrupt.

Maybe try using the 360 marketplace website and downloading from there.

It will then appear in Ready to install section

I did download both of them and might give Tekken 6 a try one day. I never play fighting games but I did play through Tekken 7 back when it was free to play one weekend about a year ago.

Don’t waste time trying to contact support, this has been an ongoing issue on Xbox 360 going back as far as 2018 or so. I’ve also tried everything, on two different 360’s and its the same games that can’t be downloaded. Everyone in support and here on forums says the same automated response but none of them gives a solution on the matter, and honestly at this time i don’t think they every will, sadly.

I can download some games like Bayonetta, Injustice, Sonic Generations, Saints Row 3 and 4 but have issues downloading Tekken 6, Tekken Tag 2, RE Operation Raccoon City, COD Black Ops and others showing corrupted at 40kb and some times full size game on HDD. So i guess i can’t play half of my 360 library on my 360 (ironic). For so many years this was a problem and it hasn’t been fixed and since 360 store will close down soon. Good riddance i guess.
