Hi Ramsesdi. An automatic deposit is scheduled when you have at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending. Since you have over 1,000 Credits pending, you can click the Request Deposit button on your MyRewards page and we will attempt to make a deposit on the scheduled

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Currently the only offer for preordering games digitally is the Games on Demand punchcard. Battlefield and FIFA are not eligible for that offer. If you preordered them in September, they would have counted towards your VIP rebate (if you qualify) since there
was special offer that month, or Battlefield would have qualified for the Battlefield offer running at the beginning of that month.

The other offer for pre-ordering games is only valid on physical discs pre-ordered from microsoftstore.com.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We attempted to find an offer that displayed Battlefield 1 and FIFA 17, but neither the MicrosoftStore.com or Games on Demand offer features these games. You may have been thinking about our MyVIP offer in September that made Pre-Orders Eligible for MyVIP.
Since your purchase of FFIA was made that month, it did count for MyVIP progress, but your purchase of Battlefield did not qualify for any offers or MyVIP and so was not Rewarded.

I have raised numerous requests with the Rewards team on behalf of my grandson. The rewards tab was showing for him and then one day when he logged in to collect the rewards points, the tab had disappeared. All that the Rewards team do is constantly close the service requests that I raise on my grandsons behalf. They are totally useless and simply don't care. Good luck, I doubt if they will even care about you either.

No this was our first time. Even is not long time my son has x box, it was this Christmas present for him, so is just 2 months. Yes I’ve removed my card already and in future I only will use pre paid cards, never put my details in there. Never ever !!!!!!!!
And good news is that I have just received a email from Microsoft that they refund all this money back to my acc and I should received in 3-5 working days depending on bank. At least they accept my refund request is ok to wait even 5 days. I am over the moon
