% gone ?

Ranks reset each year (usually on September 1, but it was extended to January 1 this year). If you don't spend enough to reach the next level before the reset, you lose your progress.

First place I'd check is your Games History. If you press the Guide button > Settings > Account Management > Download History see if they are listed in there, and if so go to that page and try to re-download/play them. That will likely lead you to what
you need, and will even list titles you've purchased that are no longer available on the store.

We recalibrate MyVIP on a yearly basis. However, in September 2015 we received a lot of feedback from members which inspired us to make some changes to the way MyVIP works. We gave everyone four extra months to boost their MyVIP Star Rank for 2017, and will
also be recalibrating your annual spending by the calendar year from now on to make it easier to track.

Based on your eligible spending from September 2015-December 2016, you were placed at the second star rank and then had your progress calibrated to the default level.

Once they are gone they are gone.

Same here, 4 stars gone, pending 8,000+ points gone, 4 years in program gone!
