Gold subscription yearly status Bug

Before 2020, it showed a 5 but after new years it went to 4, it isnt a big deal but it just kinda bothers me, is there a way to fix this?

my experience is that it sometimes fixes by itself.

You maybe already done this, but something you can try to do to determine it's not something specific to your console is to check what it shows in for example on your profile on the Xbox Companion App.

I looked up your account, and saw the year subscription. This offer awards on a 90, 180, and 360 day basis. This means you will not get one reward for the yearly subscription, but you could have received one of the other awards, since the start of the offer,
for your gold status. Let us know if this is not the case.

Have you tried get the yearly Gold Subscription on the computer to see if it work.

Also I should state that I don't pay for the yearly subscription for Xbox Live Gold, I pay for 3 month Gold. So technically I would be paying a pretty penny to pay for Xbox Live Gold and monthly membership for ESO yearly.

The staff will have to review your gold status and what is causing the issue. However, keep in mind that MyVip is not dictated by gold status, but how much money we spend. It also resets yearly. The last reset was on January 1st.
