    So we use our Xbox all of the time and purchase games and movies so it not uncommon to see charges to our account. However, we have not made any purchases in some time so I caught a charge I had never noticed before and after finally tracking it down I found
    out that I had been paying for a Live Gold Membership for sometime without my knowledge. I canceled the subscription and contacted customer support to see if at any chance I could get a refund for a service I was paying for but never used. I did not get any
    email notifications because my email set up for the Xbox is only used for sign in purposes and most purchases are done through my husbands account so that is where we get notifications which is one this last one caught our attention finally. After discussing
    this with Reiner at Customer Support (who was awesome by the way) found out that there was nothing to be done about getting a refund because your system wouldn't allow it, even for the very last charge which was pending in my account until this morning. There
    is something wrong with that, simply put. I would love all my money back but as I can imagine it was user error at some point that is obviously off base but at least the most recent ones should be workable! I would love your feedback on this to see if there
    is anything that can be changed about this policy to give more power to your customer service reps to be able to help in certain situations instead of leaving them with their hands tied. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear about the subscription trouble! If you head over to commerce.microsoft.com, do you see a completed transaction for your Gold subscription? If not, it may not have gone through.

    your account is shown as silver here, are you sure you didnt activate your Gold on a different Profile?

    if you are absolutely sure its one single Profile contact xbox Support on phone so they can check your subscription Details.
