    I bought a 12 month gold card in July and just recently bought a Xbox One. I signed into it with my Microsoft account, it made me make a new profile instead of me having the one from the 360. Where do you find out if you still have gold subscription because
    every where i go it wants me to buy a gold subscription?

    CaioBlah please call xbox customer support at 18004myxbox so they can access your account and check over to see if your account is still on the auto renewal from your credit card my did that when I got a new card it was locked in on the old card so when
    I redeem my prepaid code it was showing as suspended but locked my prepaid code in as well.. so the agents at xbox customer support went in and cleared my balance and returned my prepaid code and I redeem the code again and it work they were great help!

    Gold Subscription Problem

    Hi there,

    sometimes it can take some time before a subscription is processed to all server instances etc, you could try running the network test on the console, that will sometimes refresh the subscription status on the console.

    It does show on your gamercard in the forums that you are Gold.

    If it still isn't working now then please follow the steps mentioned and contact Xbox Support via
    support.xbox.com/contact-us (since Phone numbers are different per country)

    You should be able to sign in to your xbox one with the credentials you used on your 360. After doing that your XBOX live subscription should be available.
