    Gold subscription not recognized in VIP


    As the title says. I'm a Gold member (monthly recurring, no promotion) and I have been for many years. I've also been enrolled in the rewards program for some time now. I just noticed my gold status isn't registering, which concerns me that I haven't been
    getting the proper % back for some time now. Could you please look into this?

    In my profile it says I am a gold member but when I go to My account the expiration date is N/A. I know when my membership ends and am sure it isn't now. The same also applies to rewards.xbox.com when I try to view MyStats and the "upgrade to gold" button
    is under my GT. I should mention that the rewards.xbox account also uses my old profile picture (though I'm pretty sure I was able to view MyStats before). Is it something in my cache/cookies?

    We see that you are currently being registered as a Gold member, and have been awarded at a Gold % throughout your entire MyVIP tenure, which you can review on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see that you had a recent renewal, which may have been
    the cause for your confusion. Since it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, during the period where you previous subscription ended and before your new subscription was loaded, you may have seen directives to renew your Gold.

    I can confirm that there was an issue recognizing your previous subscription. Apologies about the inconvenience. We should pick up your recent renewal within the next 4 days, but if you do not see your Gold status being recognized by the end of next week,
    let us know with a new post and we will adjust your account for that subscription.

    I will duplicate your previous VIP payback events to make up for the lack of Gold status. You should see these extra Credits pending by the end of next week! Also, this missing Gold may result in you receiving the free level of payback for any of your eligible
    October purchases. Let us know if you receive a free status MyVIP payback event for October, and we will adjust you at that time.
