    Hi,

    I really have a problem now and i dont know how to fix it.

    I bought me on the Black Friday the Xbox Gold and because i bought it an another time in Summer 2016 i thought its not an subscribtion.I live in Germany and the Sale was 1 Euro for 1 Month Xbox Gold. I bought it and didn´t know it was a Subscribtion, nothing
    an the Ad was about a Subscribtion. Now its 2.1.18 and my Gold was expired and now it wants 5,87 from me for another Month. I dont have the Money to pay that.I can´t cancel this subscribtion now because of the Money he wants from me.

    Nobody told me that i bougth a subscribtion neither the Ad or the bought note.

    I just wanted 1 Month Gold not a whole Subscribtion.

    I need help please

    Xbox live gold won't work

    So I have Xbox live gold and it expires in October 2017, but for some reason I can't play online on any of my games. What's going on? When I try to play online a message shows up to tell me to subcribe to gold to be allowed to play online, whicht I am and
    if I try to become a gold member (again), it tells me I already am.... Frustrating...

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing.
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us     Whenever you purchase gold from Live there is a note on the payment screen warning you that it will auto-renew unless you turn it off before hand.

    OP: It's a good question...if you had Game Pass Ultimate and cancelled it, then that would explain it as you would have needed to subcribe to Live Gold for online. If this is the case, then buying it should solve the issue.

    If, on the other hand, you have Live Gold (as I suspect) then the issue is the game licence verification checks getting caught out and so, hopefully, the steps I suggested earlier will solve it
