Gold Status not appearing

My rewards page (for xbox live rewards) indicates I can get more rewards if I "go gold" but i've been a xbox live gold member for several years now. My gamertag and everything is correct, can't see why it doesn't realize I'm gold.

Fixing status code 80070057 when trying to get 1 month free LIVE gold service.

i want to try gold for 1 month free and renew it but the status code is appearing with 80070057

Gold....isnt gold.

You are currently appearing as a Gold member. Give it a few minutes so that it can update your status on your console. You can also try to restart your console to see if it has given you the Gold status.

You also can get the Xbox App for android and go to settings, there should appear your gold status.

promotions are also affected account status gold or silver or how long you have left in gold status

either way it can be a 1 week promotion to 1 month promotion

if it does not appear on the dashboard nothing anyone can do can make it appear again til the next promotion

like sales in real life if you miss the promotion you miss it
