Gold Quest for October and November not rewarded

Hello, I have completed all the steps for both months of the Gold Quest and never received a message for either month. I thought maybe these were still pending but now that we are into the new year, I am 100% sure something is wrong. I also completed Decembers
quest but having doubts about that working either.. Am I doing something wrong or is it just a mishap? I know I completed all steps in each month. Checked and rechecked with no messages from Xbox. Please help me out here, thanks. GT:

I have been missing rewards for Xbox quest on my Xbox one

Hi I have completed Xbox live quest since November completed like three or four of them the past month but was only rewarded for the first one in November December January and February I was not rewarded for please help

Xbox Gold Quest

I still have not received anything from completing my November Xbox Gold Quest. This happened in October as well so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Could you post back and confirm that you have redeemed two Games with Gold games during November? You can check your
Microsoft Commerce page to find the dates the Games with Gold games were redeemed there. Post back which games you redeemed along with the date so we can look into it! If you did not redeem two Games
with Gold games in November, unfortunately you will not be eligible for the November Xbox Quest.

December Quest rewards will continue to go out 30 days after the end, so be sure to post a new thread at the end of January if you don't receive a code!

If you participated in the October Xbox Quest, rewards will take up to 30 days to be delivered. In this case, all eligible customers should expect to see their rewards near the end of November. Hope this helps!

Is this in regards to the Xbox Quest or the Game Pass Goals? That will help us know where to look first. For November rewards, those will continue to go out in waves until 12/31/17. If you don't receive your November rewards by that date, please post a new
thread letting us know.
