Gold promotional price of $4.50 for Battlefield 4

I purchased Battlefield 4 for the Xbox One at the gold promotional price of $4.50. The game downloaded on my console but it is telling me that I don't have the rights to play the game. I thought I could redownload it, but it is now saying I have to buy
it for $29.99. It looks like I never got billed for that download and have now missed out on the promotional price. I want to buy the game, but not at the higher price. Is it possible to get the promotional price now since I did originally download it while
the promotion was in effect?

Battlefield 4 digital purchase

I bought battlefield 4 during the free play days for 4.50 due to the gold discount, however after the transaction was complete it was and still is telling me to purchase a copy. I would like to know if this is bugged, or if the marketplace took my money
and didn't give me the game due to the currency not being in my account, and it still telling me to purchase. There is a dilemma if you tell me to dish out 4.50 more i can not due to the discount being over and is now 29.99.

 

Unfortunately, once a promotion is over, there is no way to get that price unless it goes on sale again.

 

That price should be honored. I clicked buy and the game downloaded. Through no fault of my own, I cannot play it. Whatever the glitch was, was on Xbox's end. I downloaded it when the promotion was active, so that price should be honored.

 

We were given the same offer on Battlefield 4 and now their customer support is giving me different stories each time we call. This is for my Son's account, not the account in the photo.

 

Hey, Slik5000! Smwutches is correct. Once a promotion ends and the original price is up on the site or console, you will need to pay that price for the game. The promotion to buy Battlefield at that price was set for a week, so if you were unable to purchase
it at that price and would like it at a discounted price, you will need to wait for a future promotion. Thanks for understanding!
