    Gold not renewing/Games with gold problem


    A few months ago, another account on my Home Xbox One bought a Gold subscription. We were able to download and play two Games with Gold deals, AC Syndicate and The Witness. We had all of the Gold capabilities. Now, we aren't able to download any Games with
    Gold, and our Xbox says we don't have Gold, but we can still play games online and start parties, etc. What's the problem? Why doesn't the Xbox remember that we have Gold?

    i have the same problem as above. no points for renewing, or for playing games with gold. i have gold since 5 years back

    Can't renew Gold or change my payment details

    Same situation here, trying to get gold for the past week before the 4th but every attempt at renewing gold is met with "a problem on our end".

    The account with gold would have to download the free games in order for the other accounts to access them.

    What EXACTLY is included in Halo: The MCC?

    Only problem I have with Game Pass, is I have heard if you do not renew it then you can lose your gold subscription too. Is this fact or fiction?

    If you have Game Pass Ultimate (which combines both Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass) and do not renew, then yes you would lose both. If you subscribe to Game Pass separate from Xbox Live Gold, then if you don't renew Game Pass (but still renew Xbox Live Gold)
    all you would lose is your subscription to Game Pass.

    I know for a fact that it will not even allow me to even connect, as it says there is a problem renewing the account's gold, and then signs me out. The problem is, the Gold Family Plan was renewed around February, and is saying it is out already.
