    Gold Membership Painful to Renew


    I'm trying to extend my subscription and I keep getting looped back to the same page, maybe this is just with the new update but never used to bounce back and forth between settings, browser, and the store and still get nowehere when you used to be able to do it all on dashboard. Everywhere I go says manage then sends to the next that says manage and then 404 page not found. Please fix I just want to play

    As long as automatic renewal is on your family gold pack then it will renew just like any other membership. Nothing will happen to the membership at all.

    It's called an auto renewal, when you purchased a gold membership for your account using your credit card. Microsoft will automatically charge you to renew your gold membership once it has expired monthly.
