gold members unable to download

I've paid for the golden member just now and it doesn't let me download free golden membership games, instead it let me paid for the golden member again. And even after that, I still couldn't download those free games. I want my money back for both times
that I just paid.

FAble 3 Error

I am unable to download the fable 3 reward for gold members i get an error message that says "Sorry Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." but all of my friends are able to claim this reward i would ike to know why i cant thsnk

If the payment ended up going through, you will want to speak with Phone Support, as they would be the only ones able to help with Billing issues and possibly getting the charges reversed:

If it is asking for a payment method for 360 games that's not a bug that is the requirement of live as long as it doesn't mention a dollar amount your fine

Only way to do it without a payment method is use a 360 console

If you can't download because of 8015017 error then you weren't charged that error is because your account region doesn't match your actual region rll for n360 games

If your country is not listed in the LIVE eligible countries, then you won't be able to download it. I just talked to two Microsoft agents in contact support and they confirmed that was the problem. It sucks, paying to be gold member and being unable to
enjoy their full service like free games.

I'm having the same problem. I deleted my profile and tried to re download, but i get this same error message and am unable to download my profile. It also says I'm a silver member. I can connect to live on my xbox one, but it won't register as me having
a gold account.
