    If I am a gold member on the xbox page, Why am I not a gold member in xbox live rewards?

    Why has not the image of my Dashboard been updated?

    Reward status still not updated

    Hello dreday84,

    As mentioned in your last post at (Account needs updating?), we are not the ones updating your account. Your constant
    region changes caused your deposit to fail. Since it takes 96 hours to process updated information, please make sure your Microsoft Account region is correctly set to the same region of your Rewards Account (US) 96 hours before the next deposit date.

    Hi my GTag is ive been an xbox live gold member nonstop for over ten consecutive years. and ive been an xb gold rewards member since the beginning. i have vip status 3xS and champion status along with lots of microsoft points. i noticed my rewards
    account says upgrade gold. when ive been gold since the birth of xbl and xbr. why did it change my gold status to free? i talked to all xbl by phone and told me you guys have to fix it. please put my rewards account back to gold as it shpuld be. thanks

    Renewed XB Live Gold Status not showing up

    You're showing as a gold member on the forums. The gold member under your gamerscore and the G next to the gamerscore does not show as gold when you are gold. Since it says gold member, then that means you are a gold member.

    The Rewards servers take longer to update than Xbox servers. So it can take several days to show an update in membership.

    We see that you are being tracked as a Gold member, and that you have been being awarded at a Gold payback level. We do not see that we are not acknowledging either your Gold status or your Rewards membership.
