    Hi,

    I have as issue with GOLD Live - I have redeemed two GOLD Live codes (+1 month each one) yet the games (Forza Horizon) shows no Gold Live membership...

    On Playstation 4 there are not such a issues ...

    The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE

    Your account is listed as Silver. You need to purchase a gold membership in order to play on live. If you have a 48 hour trial code it does not show as a gold membership and they are usually only for the games they came with.

    A trial code will give only limited access to Live services and is usually only limited to the game it came with. It will not show up as a full Gold membership

    48 hour codes only give limited access to live content. She won't be able to do everything she wants to on live. Also, a 48 hour code does not show as a gold membership.
