    Gold games isn’t working


    Ok so heres the basics. A few days ago I boight xbox live gold with my microsoft rewards. Several hours afterwards the gold still hadnt shown up so i had to resolve it by deleting my account from the xbox and reinstalling it. Now i can play multiplayer
    but I still cannot use gold games. I also go into my subscriptions and it says that i do not have gold. The transaction was also somehow not even recorded. This is simply obnoxious. Does anyone know how I would possibly fix this? I can play multiplayer so
    I DO have gold but the console continues to say I do not.

    Hi

    I suspect that at some point prior to the purchase of the 12 months card you have converted from Live Gold to Ultimate taking advantage of the 1:1 ration change or the $1 for a month offers.

    If you then haven't downgraded your account back from an Ultimate account the application of the 12Months Live will have been converted into 4Months of Ultimate. This ratio has been published by Microsoft and as you activated your 12Months card it would
    have said you were agreeing to convert it to Ultimate.

    You'll should also have benefited from Game Pass in the last 4 months - did you? Did you get messages from Xbox Live stating new games on GamePass etc? That would be a telltale sign.

    Also looking at the lapsed Subscription in your account will verify this.
