    Gold Exclusive Price isn't applying to my purchase, what do I do please?


    Hi there. I just bought xbox gold for the first time today. It applied and lets me get the free games etc so I know its working.

    But I'm trying to buy evil within at the exclusive price, when I click to download to xbox 360 is shows up as full price. Is there something I can do to fix this? I would hate to miss the sale.

    why can't i purchase dead island riptide.

    I have tried to buy dead island riptide using my Xbox any PC. Neither show an option to purchase the game, but in December there was a price and an option to buy, but now there isn't. Also, I do have Xbox gold member ship.

    My Xbox One S update isn't moving

    My xbox's system update isn't changing percentage and hasn't done for 50 minutes. It is on the applying update stage and it says not to turn it off. What can I do?

    Sorry to hear it. Right now your gamertag is only showing as a Silver membership. If you purchased the membership on the website here it can take a while for the membership to properly populate your account.

    To speed it up try heading to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection Test. This will sign your gamertag out. When you sign back in you should show as a Gold membership holder and purchasing the deals should work for you.

    If it does not then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America you can dial 1-800-469-9269

    Just lost 9.99 due to "Gold Exclusive Price" tag bug

    I PURCHASED gold to get the discount, but after spending the 9.99 on gold to become a gold member (let me stress this one more time), which made me a gold member who is entitled to the gold member discounts, the discount would not apply.

    Then I opened a support ticket, and not 30 seconds after telling the representative what game I was trying to purchase, the "Gold exclusive price" tag disappeared, and it was no longer on sale. Then I was told "It must be a bug with your browser" by the
    representative.

    When you click purchase the system will show you what it is charging you

    If price for gold applies it would give you the discount if it was a deals for gold

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to do the purchase through the console or the web?

    On the website it will show you the full price, and note Gold Exclusive Free.

    When you click on the Download to 360 (for me, it usually takes me back to the page as it's logging me into the site), and then I can click Download to 360 again to get a pop-up window to confirm I want to complete the purchase. It's in that pop-up window
    (at the top) I see that my price with my Gold Subscription, it will be free, along with my payment option on file.

    If it doesn't say free at that point, make sure you are signed in with the account with the Gold subscription.
