    Gold Dust Mission NOT giving my reward CHECK the Proofs


    As I stated in my previous post I already completed all the requirements to complete the Gold Dust mission and I didn't received my gems, CHECK the pictures, I already played more than 10 hours in March, February and April

    MARCH GAME WITH GOLD: Trials of the Blood dragon, go and check when was the last time I played that game, you will find that it was on march like you can see in the achievements date, and I think 14 hours are more than 10 hours right? so enough to complete

    February Game With Gold: Assassins Creed India, I played it for more than 17 hours

    I didnt post The Witness because it doesnt show how many hours I played it but Im sure that I already played it more than 10 hours too

    So answer clearly why it isnt tracking my mission as completed? Give a good customer service instead of just giving a rude response and locking the thread without further explanation, that isnt something someone would expect from a big company as Microsoft.

    Thanks for looking into this, I just wanted to check if this was resolved yet? Is this not going to have a knock on effect with the next stage of this reward (e.g., playing the games for 10 hours for 6 months consecutively etc)

    when will you give my 100 perk points for completing the gold dust ?

    you have the proofs i want this solved so i can choose my things while you have them because i want nothing to do with microsoft rewards but you are just trying to make this hard

    A week after and I didn't received my gems, what is taking so long, I already completed the missions and the proofs are there, the staff can check it easily by just going to my accounts stats and check the dates and time I played each GWG game.
