    Gold Card Redeption


    So two months ago I redeemed an XBL Gold card that was a year +3 months. It did not indicate that it was +3 months until I went to redeem it and was not added onto my account so I contacted support and they said it would take 6-8 weeks to be added to my
    account. To this day, it has not been added. I was told that if it was not added then to post here for assistance.

    Should I just contact support again?

    Xbox one day one packaging.

    Yes it does not include a gold card but the day one 12 month gold card is separate.

    The best folks to contact in regards to how much time has been added to your Xbox Live Gold subscription and how long it will run will be our phone support team. If you redeemed a 12 Month + 3 Month gold card, it should have added the proper time right away.

    That's what I thought. I have no idea why they told me to make a forum post if it wasn't deposited. Will comment again with my results tomorrow.

    On my voucher it tells me to go to www.2xpmw3.com and complete the redeption code process. So you'll have to enter your name, email, gamertag and code. Then I'm guessing that activates it.
