So got trial gold yet ass creed and dante not free only asks for money .WHY

Xbox Live Gold membership does not being recognized in 360 Xbox games market

To our understanding, you're attempting to purchase Dante's Inferno from the
Games with Gold section on the Xbox website.

To confirm here, is Dante's Inferno entirely not available or show a purchase option?

Or is it that you do not see the title within the games with gold section?

Dante's Inferno not free with Gold in South Africa

I'm aware Dante's Inferno is available in the EA Access vault but I don't have a subscription. It's a Games with Gold this month and that's how I'm trying to get it but it isn't available for free for some reason.

 

Trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. Xbox One games with gold games required that you have a gold subscription in order to continue playing them for free, but 360 games do not.
So you would need a full gold subscription to be able to download them for free.

 

Where in t and c does it say this Also do gold trial or at all via 360 then get all games

Trials are basically like a beta. There are limits to trials, reason the games are asking you to purchase is due to it isn't a full Xbox live gold subscription. You also need billing information on the account to get free games with gold that are backward
compatible. If you are still having trouble after getting gold with the games please feel free to come back and we will help you out. here is a article on

Here it clearly states cant redeem backward compatible

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. When it comes to the 14 day trial of Xbox Live Gold, it offers you temporary access to the subscription but your status is not changed to a full membership, which would grant you the chance to take part in the free
Games with Gold. Since the trial is a temporary situation, you would need to begin a full paid membership in order to participate in the Games with Gold; however, you do have access to Deals with Gold for discounted pricing on the items that are available.
As Brad stated before, trials are similar to betas in that you will have some of the access, but not all as you would with a full blown subscription or a fully purchased game. Generally speaking, in regard to your question as to why this is not highlighted
when entering the code, it would have been listed with the code for redemption, be it on a flier or received from email after requesting a trial code from the Microsoft/Xbox site. Any further questions regarding Xbox Live can be found in the support article
