Going on 2 years and Xbox is still stealing money from me.

Ranks reset each year, normally on September 1 but they extended it to reset on January 1 this year.

That won't happen. How do you think they got rich? Being honest? They have been stealing people's money for years. That's why I use a preloaded debit card with no money on it and that's only because they require a credit card number everything else I buy with gift cards so they can't steal from me because they work different than credit cards.

No, I clicked "yes" I want this free monthe and then it tells you, "Once you put in you credit card number you will recieve a free month." Then it makes you back out.

I remember (I've done this twice before in the past years) when you didn't even have to put in a credit card number to get that free month. But now they change it to try and trick people and basically steal money from them. I am tired of Microsoft's ways
of trying, and already succeding, to steal money from me.

ngocphi, just say that Microsoft want to "steal" money from their customers while they don't know what is happening.

A lot of people, including my friends did not even know about auto-renewal, and me, who can't even take off his credit from xbox.

A call? give a call to Microsoft to remove my credit card or to turn off the auto-renewal?

That is the worst excuse. What if someone can't even talk, what's going to happen then?

It is just another case when a company tries to "steal" money "legally", without their customers knowing.

We don't really like Microsoft, but we do like Xbox and games. That is the only reason why most of the customers are still using Microsoft's product.
