I need to go back to xbox gold as I can not afford to pay $180.00 a year for ultimate game pass, how can I do this?? I will not renew with ultimate game pass!!

Wait until Ultimate runs out. Then go to gold. Join the Microsoft rewards program and you can earn enough points to redeem 1 month ultimate every month. Or even better, three months for 3500 points. I f you want to cancel your ultimate go to support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then payment and billing

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support or chat

If you turn off auto renew instead, then you will not have to pay when your subscription expires, then you can purchase gold. If you cancel, you will lose your gold subscription, as well as game pass, and will have to purchase gold again.

If you've already paid the year just make sure auto-renew is turned off and then buy a gold subscription when the Ultimate one ends.

If you want money back for the $180 you spent recently on an Ultimate membership, you'll need to reach out to support.

this is because backing out via the start button auto saves your game and at the same time save the derank or infection to your gamertag,dashboarding does not.

sending a message to anyone asking to join a modded game,whether it is to fix your own derank or not,can result in a lifetime ban from live.

any participation in any modded games whether by invite or randomly joining can result in a permanent live ban if witness by xblpet.
