Go West for Rewards Avatar Purchases Not Applied Fully

Hello,

I purchased the following avatar items from the list of eligible items to meet the $2 pre tax rule:



They were $1.00 each and are listed as eligible items on the rewards page itself.

However, when I checked my status this morning, instead of all five markers being marked off, there are only FOUR of them marked off.



You can see the "Colonel Allende" T-Shirt above, and if you scroll through the list, the "Western Hat" is listed next to the Minecraft Pig Mask. I paid exactly $2 before tax for these items, so all five markers should be highlighted now but they are not.

This is preventing me from earning the 1000 Rewards Credits from this part of the promotion, and it is also keeping me from getting the additional 5000 Rewards Credits from "Stake Your Claim", which is earned by completing all three parts of the promotion
(the other two parts were completed on 3/12 and 3/18).

Please help. I see another post in this forum about this issue, so I know it might be a bigger problem then just me.

Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like your Wasteland 2 purchase was applied to the March offer (Go West for Rewards). We have updated this purchase to be applied to the Pandemic offer as well. We have escalated your Gem issue to our vault team to
investigate. Once they can provide us with more detail on this offer, we will update this thread.

 

Rewards not credited

Hi,

I've bought Tropico 5 for the GO WEST mission and the rewards for that have been credited, but the rewards for the avatar items, achievements and the bonus have not been credited. Can you please look into this
