Go to join Microsoft Rewards, get stuck in web page loop

I received an email saying I have xbox MyVIP reward, so following the link I was brought to a page where there was a pop up for Microsoft Rewards FAQ. I closed the pop up, and there page underneath, which blocked my ability to see the VIP page, said join
Microsoft Rewards and when I selected that, it opened the FAQ pop up again and reopened the “join Microsoft rewards.” I am unable to do anything, or view my Xbox reward pages.

I want out but I can't leave

I am TRYING to end this rewards program thing I'm trapped in. no matter how many times i try to click the link to "end participation" i get stuck in a loop on a page.

I want out of it, and no one has been able to help

My frustration is super high, and my patience super thin

Can't join xbox live rewards

So I try to join xbox live rewards and every time I click join now, it just brings up the same page where it says it is changing to Microsoft rewards. I read the FAQ and it said nothing about being closed to new members. I would like to join to see if I
can do anything before it switches. I am already a Microsoft rewards member, but I would like to join this so I can use my Gamerscore and whatnot to get rewards. Is that still possible?

After you click out of the FAQ, you should be able to click "Sign in" in the upper right of the page. That will take you to the rewards site.

EE have done all that and given me the code - I am stuck on an infinite loop on a Microsoft page that keeps asking about Ad preferences... I can't go any further because Microsofts ad preferences page won't let me ???

Is this a competition as part if the Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes? If so, there is a Winners tab on the Microsoft Rewards web page dashboard.

If this is not what you are referring to, go back to the competition page and see if there is a link to the terms and conditions.

What address are you trying to visit? Microsoft Rewards, via the web, are accessible from your Microsoft account management page (https://account.microsoft.com): just go to the Rewards section on the top menu bar.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you just joined the rewards program, the rewards will not go back to things you purchased before joining. They will start from when you joined. Here is the page for
