Discus and support go gold ? I have it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hi , my xbox one and 360 are both asking me to go gold, but I have had gold for years and it will not have to renew till 2015 . can anyone help plz ?...     I have gold but it says I don’t

    I have a problem with my xbox one. I just redeemed a card for a month’s worth of gold but when I go to play online, it prompts me to buy gold. Which I already have please help.

    I have gold without knowing it?

    i just looked today on my email i got an xbox news letter but was surprised to see i have gold. i thought my gold account expired a while ago i remember specifically seeing a message saying am running out of time for gold so i haven't been online for a while
    until i saw my email just today it said i have a 3month subscription thats gonna end 8/21/2011 am terrible at remembering the months but am sure its the 8/14/2011 today isn't it? am not angry that i have free gold am kinda paranoid though so am not gonna go
    online because fear i might get charged or something also Ive heard theres been glitches on the rewards program so can this be a glitch?

    remove your gt - from home Screen open Settings, navigate to the right

    hard reset your xbox - press and hold power button on your xbox

    add your gt again - topleft Corner, add new

    i dont think there is anymore you can do on userlevel

    if it doesnt work that way, you should

    Please note: If you purchased your Gold Membership through xbox.com, it can sometimes take a small while to be pushed to the console. This may be why you had a slight delay in accessing your Gold.

    Takes a little time for gold to kick in, give it few, if nothing then call xboxlive support.

    If you have just renewed or purchased a new XBOX Live Gold membership, try to delete your profile and redownload it.

    To do this just follow these steps:

    Go to settings, system and storage.

    Open the hard drive/memory unit and go to the profile folder.

    delete your profile and select delete profile only.

    after you do that, just redownload the profile

    press the guide button (the big X in the middle of the controller and select download profile).

    I started having this problem some minutes ago and then I received an email from ms stating that my gold account was canceled .... I didn't ask them to cancel. I was playing BF4 and the game threw me back to the dashboard stating that in order to play i
