    there is a go gold for $1 promotion going on Xbox one console. I have tried to use this promo but everytime I go to purchase it the price jumps up to the regular price $9.99. Seems like there is false advertisement on the xbox. I also contacted customer
    support and they could not help me.

    Hey, Marc! Sorry to see any frustrations around this, however once a promotion is removed from the dashboard, we are unable to further honor that. Since you were targeted for this promotion and weren't able to take advantage of it, it's likely you will see

    $1 go for Gold live promo

    had a "go for Gold live _- $1 first month" offer showing on my dashboard, after I signed in it would show up. I have never been on Gold live, so I went ahead to sign up... When I went to pay it said I would have to pay $10. I have screenshots showing the
    offer and my tag, which was requested by Xbox Live support team and I emailed them the screenshots yesterday. This morning when I signed in - low and behold the promo had (conviently) disappeared. This is after being on my dashboard for at least a week. Thanks
