    So I bought a game digitally a loooooooooong time ago, MGS: the Phantom Pain, and all of a sudden it required me to have a game disc. Didn't think much of it, blah blah. Then I noticed it just completely disappeared. Not even in my full library. Again, ot much of an issue. Didn't play it anymore so I really didn't care too much. Now, I do want to play. I just bought the "full" edition, with all the dlc and all that, but i get an "oops, something went wrong" after the purchase when I should get a confirmation message. I've been getting this for a little while now (only on my Xbox Series S). It's usually not an issue, as I still get access to dlc I buy even with this, but I got this error on buying a full game and I can't find it. It's not in my library, downloads, recent history, full lib, nor can I go to rebuy it. I get the "you already own this game. Go download it from you library to play this" message. It's nowhere. I've tried refreshing my games and apps, restarting my console and even hard crashing my console. Nothing works and Im getting real pissed at this. What do I do from here to get access to the game I just paid for?

    Yeah, I had to clear the caches. Doing so and a system reboot worked. Thank you

    Hi there Quackery welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Okay try the following!

    Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Advanced Settings.

    Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Also, try removing and readding your profile!

    ye found pc 289 pound proper gaming one from germany gd reputation for building pc's :) cant wait get it start playing total war games and warrhammer 2 aswell as other selected games :p xbox gne down hill :(
