    Glitchy cloud gaming with a fast stable wired connection


    Cloud gaming on xbox one is glitchy. Using a wired connection with 300mb download 40mb upload and around 32ms ping. Is it a problem with my network or could it be the game? Played at midweek daytime without issue but after 5pm or weekends it's unplayable yet still get same network test results

    Cloud gaming not connecting

    I have the same problem. It started a couple of nights ago. Connection is fast (300MBS) and wired connection to Xbox One. Cloud gaming starts the game but then freezes with "can't connect to the server" every few seconds.

    Connect your Xbox to Wired connection this is more stable and wired connection is recommend.

    It would depend on what I was using the internet for, watching youtube vids or playing games. If I was streaming videos I'd want a fast connection, and if playing games, it would have to be a stable connection.
