Glitchy Achievement Question

Hey there, just curious as to how some of my achievements unlocked for this game. I completed the Village level (2nd or 3rd level), near the beginning of the game and got the 3 collectables in it (there was only 3 in the level), although neither achievements
popped (one for finishing the level and one for collecting everything in that level). About half way through the next level i got the achievement for completing the village level (so that was fine). I kept playing for the rest of the night and progressed through
for hours into the game, although never got the achievement for the collectables from the Village still (was receiving the collectable cheevs for other levels fine as i was going) so i decided to replay the level (Village) to see if i could get them again,
and as soon as i loaded the level i got the achievement. But it's kind of out of order though, does MS/xbox reset/ban people for this? even though it wasn't my fault, my game/xbox just didn't unlock my achievement properly. i was reading just forums about
how people have had their gs reset for out of order achievements and wrong time stamps or something, and as you can see, once i finished that Northern Lights leve (about the 6th level)l, i went to menu and loaded the village level, so there's 2 minutes apart,
but realistically i couldn't have done Village and ran through and got all collectables in 2 minutes hahaha.

so just wondering if this is a problem?

My daughter beat Max: Curse of the brotherhood and didn't get the achievement for a certain spoiler

 

I don't believe you should worry about a ban for this! They usually only ban people who actually go in and tamper with to account to unlock achievements. Trust me I learn the hard way when I was like 13 haha. But yeah I think you should be fine!
