Glitching Xbox 1

Try using a different HDMI cable and TV to see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't then I'm afraid it is a hardware issue and the console will need to be repaired

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

I did everything that you told me to do and as you can see its still doing it (the blue dots on the screen). Could it possibly just be a bad cable/cord? Or could it be because the Xbox is just bad and old, and should I try hooking it up to another TV to see if it works?

Just started War Games for the first time last night and am 12 games in. So far twice after a game it said the Halo 4 servers were down. On three different occasions I've seen the level one glitch. The best is when it happens mid-game and you no longer
can select your loadouts. Only default ones... Plus you don't get credit for winning when it happens. I wouldn't mind getting the achievement for winning. Lost 3 wins so far because of the glitch. When I go to the lobby and it shows I'm a level one, I've
found returning to Dashboard and re-loading the game makes it go away until it eventually happens again. Hope they patch this soon, as well as deal with their server issues.

This happened to me after a game when I used dew xp and put me from SR 44 to SR1. So dew xp might be one of the causes as well, they better fix this soon cause I hate recruit armour.
